Day 3 at Red Dish Chronicles Culinary School

Turns out I won the whole course! 12 weeks! Alhamdulillah. When Chef Stone gave them (now us) the assignment on my first day, I was happy I didn’t have to do it. When I realised that I had won 12 classes, well, … Should I be doing my assignment instead of working on my blog? Anyway, I get free lunch while learning how to make continental dishes, it’s an all round win.

Last week was our sea food class and as I don’t have much to say, I’ll leave you to enjoy the pictures. As usual, if you want a/the recipe(s), send me an e-mail on ayamstuffed@gmail.com. (Chubbydija: I think she should charge for the recipes. 😊😁). Don’t forget to follow my microblog on Instagram. I don’t know if you’ve noticed the side bar that shows a preview of the Instagram page, don’t miss out!

There were eight of us around to taste the food and it still felt like a lot of food. I took a little bit home with me for lunch the next day. This is why most chefs are on the chunky side. The struggle *sigh*.

Here’s a bonus picture of our dessert:
